The 60 Second Film Festival is a fun online festival hosted by the Baltimore High School Film Festival, and is open to all high school students (grades 9-12) in Maryland and Washington DC. Submissions need to be received by February 27th, 2017.

Video can be produced in school, at home, in an after school program, or any other organization. 
Running time of your movie must be 60 seconds.
Anything goes, except excessive violence/cursing. Keep it PG-13. 
All copyrighted music and images must be licensed.
